Target-binary evidence

Atlas indexes Load_ProcessStructLayout_XAnimParts at RVA 0x6B31A0 (2,855 bytes), with source candidate archive_impl_xanim_db.h:4477-4548. It also indexes the XAnimParts load/preload/postload family. BG_AnimationMP_GetXAnimIndex and related animation lookup routines are present in the source cross-reference corpus; those gameplay lookup functions are not wire-layout proof. See Evidence Scope.

Candidate serialized layout

Candidate XAnimParts is size 0xA0, alignment 8. The registered record includes a name, bone-name strings, notify list, delta-part reference, several typed data streams (dataByte, dataShort, dataInt, random-data counterparts), indices, frame rate/frequency, data/index counts, frame count, flags, bone count, asset/IK/finger-pose types, and blend-shape weight names/data. Source: archive_impl_xanim_db.h:4477-4548; visible registrations at lines 4479-4506 and 4509-4545.

Format observations

The candidate serialization schema separates byte, short, integer, random-data, and index streams and describes both skeletal/notifies and blend-shape metadata. This is enough to identify a multi-array animation payload family; it is not enough to decode compressed quaternion/translation tracks or infer per-frame packing.

Confidence and unknowns

  • High: target Load_ProcessStructLayout_XAnimParts symbol/RVA is in the exact EXE Atlas index.
  • Medium: source candidate association.
  • Candidate only: XAnimParts size and member offsets.
  • Unknown: delta-part subrecord interpretation, packed indices, track compression, frame/channel sampling, notify string mapping, and target parity.
